- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Be aware that no-shows and cancellations made less than 12 hours before a scheduled appointment will be charged in full.
- Tip at your discretion based on your level of satisfaction. Gratuities are not included and are appreciated.
- Help us keep our peaceful and relaxed atmosphere by turning off cell phones in the spa area.
