We have your credit card number on file, which we will use to hold this reservation.

April 1st to December 19th: A non-refundable 3 nights deposit (or less depending on length of stay - 3 nights per week booked) will be charged 21 days prior to your arrival date. Your non-refundable balance will be due upon check in. 

Summer Special Promo *code*: 5for7 - May through October (Book 5, get 2 FREE): A non-refundable 5 nights deposit will be charged 21 days prior to your arrival date. Your non-refundable balance will be due upon check in. Additional nights are at our regular rate.

December 20th to January 3rd: A non-refundable full payment deposit will be charged 60 days prior to your arrival date. Your non-refundable balance will be due upon check in. 

January 4th to March 31st: A non-refundable 3 nights deposit (or less depending on length of stay - 3 nights per week booked) will be charged 45 days prior to your arrival date. Your non-refundable balance will be due upon check in.

Since we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy, we strongly recommend taking travel insurance in case you have to cancel your reservation due to flight complications, weather or any other unforeseen circumstance.
